Swimmers aged 16 years and under please contact coach Sarah Stephens 07958 447945 to arrange a trial/assessment. Swimmers aged 16 - 25 years who are club/competitive swimmers already please contact Coach Sarah Stephens 07958 447 945 and if you are swimming for general fitness please contact Vicky Platt 01582 468435.
Swimmers aged 25 years and over (Masters) are invited to come along to one of the St Albans Masters SC sessions at Westminster Lodge on Sundays at 8pm and Mondays at 9pm, or St Albans High School for Girls during term time on Wednesdays at 9pm and Thursdays at 8.30. www.stamsc.co.uk
