Welcome to the City of St Albans swimming club CoStA. We provide a combination of competitive swimming with a family atmosphere. Our club caters for children and adults, from learner to national swimmer level, and is run by ASA qualified coaches and parent volunteers. Our swimming sessions are held at the Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre; Marlborough School; St Albans High School for girls. See our Sessions link for times and more details. The club competes in Galas, Swimming Leagues, Open Meets and Biathlons across a wide range of ages and abilities, almost every week of the year. Team selection is at the discretion of the Chief Coach and club rules apply. Twice a year the club runs its own championships and we encourage every child to enter - whatever their ability. Swimmers eligible for County Championships are invited by letter. |
