LAST TRAINING SESSION @ HIGH SCHOOL, W LODGE & MARLBOROUGH - THURSDAY 22^ND JULY 2010

FIRST SESSION BACK - MONDAY 9^TH AUGUST @ W LODGE

Below are available to all Costa swimmers in August:-

         Sunday 15^th & 22^nd – 7pm – 8pm juniors/ 8pm – 9pm seniors @ The Lodge

         Monday 9^th & 16^th – 7pm – 8pm juniors/ 8pm – 9pm seniors @ The Lodge

Tuesday 10^{th &} 17^th August – 6pm-7pm juniors (inc. lanes 3,4,5,6 from Lodge)                                               7pm – 8.30pm seniors @ The High School

Thursday 12^th & 19^th August – 6pm-7pm juniors (inc. lanes 3,4,5,6 from lodge)             

          7pm – 8.30pm seniors @ The High School

No training at High School on Wed 11^th/18^th, Sat 14^th/21^st Sunday 15^th/22  August

All sessions resume as normal Monday 23^rd August.
