Tom took part in the ASA East Region Winter Shortcourse Championships in Norwich the w/e of 7th/8th November.

He entered 5 races, got 4 personal bests (200m freestyle, 200m IM, 100m freestyle and 50m backstroke), winning 3 golds and 1 silver in the S14 category.

He also set a new senior regional record in the 200m freestyle.
